After two weeks of hair-tearing frustration I am stoked that I managed to analyse 21500+ rows of election data to create a map. If someone had told me that I would be counting 13 million votes one day, I would have laughed. Now, I am proud. I owe my love of maps to three teachers, Mrs Alfred at St Mary's School in Pune, Dr Hrishikesh Samant at St Xavier's College in Mumbai and Nick Santos of UC Davis. Happy Teacher's Day!
